MEETING SCHEDULE

A meeting of the interim executive committee will be held on Wednesday 2008 May 21 in the office of Senior Director Technical Services, starting at 8:30 am. The meeting will last for 40 minutes.

The meeting of the interim executive committee was held this morning with the following persons attending:-

Vitra A. Gopee  - Recording Secretary

Dwight Simms   - Facilitator

Gladstone Rose - Technical Secretary

The meeting notes will be published to this blog soon. Please note however that the meeting proposed that future meetings of  the full committee will be held on the third Thursday of each month while the executive committee meetings will be held on a as necessary basis with three (3) days prior notice to members.
